From becoming a fan of a company’s Page, to confirming attendance at a Facebook Event, to installing an application (app) on your Page, these social actions are automatically turned into stories that appear on a member’s Wall. This exposure to other Facebook members expands word-of-mouth awareness of your business.
You are entering into a conversation between you and your customer, so always think in terms of what they want and how they want to be treated. As long as you keep these two things in mind, you’ll be successful.
